feat: use double instead of float for better precision

BREAKING CHANGE: Functions signatures changed
in the `mathematics` module.

BREAKING CHANGE: Renamed `MATHEMATICS_FLOAT_PRECISION` to `MATHEMATICS_DOUBLE_PRECISION`
